Members :- Members of the Indian College of Cosmetic Gynaecology must be fully qualified doctors registered as Obstetrician – Gynaecologist with State or National Medical Council in India or Board Certified Obstetrician – Gynaecologists in US / Europe / equivalent and who have passed the membership examination of ICCG jointly conducted with American College of Cosmetic Gynaecology (ACCG). Members are subsequently admitted to the Membership at a meeting of ICCG. Members are entitled to use the designator letters MICCG / MACCG.ICCG Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology is not awarded merely as a reflection of a time interval since passing the Membership exam of ICCG (jointly conducted with European College of Cosmetic Gynaecology & American College of Cosmetic Gynaecology);
Fellows:- ICCG Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology is not awarded merely as a reflection of a time interval since passing the Membership exam of ICCG (jointly conducted with European College of Cosmetic Gynaecology & American College of Cosmetic Gynaecology); it also implies a continued contribution to the specialty and a maintenance of standards and practice. It is a mark of senior status in ICCG and not just a recognition of completion of training with ICCG / ACCG / ECCG. Fellows shall be elected from the Membership and should normally have been members for at least 5 years and have made a significant contribution to sub-speciality of Cosmetic Gynecology through research, teaching or publications. Fellows are entitled to use the designator letters FICCG / FACCG / FECCG.
Honorary Fellows:- Honorary Fellows are distinguished luminaries in the field of Cosmetic Gynecology, which is decided by the committee set by ICCG Council under the chairmanship of Dean, Indian College of Cosmetic Gynaecology. Honorary Fellows may use the designator letters FICCG.
Fellows ad eundem :- Fellowship ad eundem in Cosmetic Gynaecology is awarded to people who are not members of the College but who have contributed to the advancement of the science or practice of Cosmetic Gynecology and whom Council, under the Chairmanship of the Dean of ICCG considers to have furthered the interests of the sub-specialty. Fellows ad eundem are entitled to use the designator letters FICCG.
Fellows honoris causa :- Fellowship honoris causa is awarded to people who are not members of the College but who can demonstrate:
- The highest level of dedication and achievement in clinical care, or
- The highest level of support to the development of women’s QoL healthcare services, or
- The highest level of work/support for the ICCG
- Fellows honoris causa are entitled to use the designator letters FICCG.
Trainees – pre-membership :- Trainees are doctors training in Cosmetic Gynecology, have successfully taken a teaching / training course from ICCG, but who have not yet passed their ICCG Membership Examination. All these doctors are registered as a Trainee on the ICCG’s Trainees Register.
Affiliates:- Affiliates are people working for the benefit of women’s QoL health care who wish to be linked with the activities of the ICCG but do not hold a medical degree. While not an exhaustive list, this category includes:
- Assistant practitioners and perioperative care workers
- Scientists and research academics
- Midwives
- Nurses
- Dieticians / Nutritionists
- Physiotherapists
- Sexologists
- AYUSH Practioners
- Counsellors
- Psychologists
